Customs duties will be borne by POLO CLUB.
During sale, special promotion and discount campaign periods – as well as for certain products as highlighted during the order process – delivery times may occasionally be delayed.
We will deliver your order to the address specified by you when you place your order. Delivery times may increase if you change the delivery address once the order has been placed. The shipping address cannot be changed once the items have been shipped.
We're not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control, such as severe weather conditions, strikes, accidents or unpredictable traffic delays, internet outages or network outages, we contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team at contact@poloclub.com to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for, but not received.
If you are unable to receive your parcel on the date and at the place agreed, and your delivery instructions (eg leaving it in a specified safe location or delivering it to a neighbour or nearby business) cannot be followed, you must contact us by email at contact@poloclub.com to agree another time for the delivery.
If our courier Company arrives and no one is available to take delivery or your delivery instructions (eg leaving it in a specified safe location or delivering it to a neighbour or nearby business) cannot be followed, they will post an attempted delivery notification through your letterbox with information on how to re-arrange delivery. If a further delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will notify you by email, cancel your order and refund you the price of the products (but not the delivery charge).
For click and collect orders, if you do not, within 30 days, collect the parcel from the agreed collection point we will notify you by email, cancel your order and refund you the price of the products (but not the delivery charge).
